Every team reaches a point where outside guidance makes the next step easier. At Franklin Covey, we pair your organisation with experienced experts who understand real business challenges. Together, we turn learning into results that last.
Organisations hire corporate training consultants to bring outside expertise, fresh perspective and practical tools to their teams. A good consultant helps leaders find the root of a problem and build a workable plan. Franklin Covey consultants bring real-world experience from nearly every industry.
Our corporate training consultants are a team of more than 250 senior-level delivery consultants. They are based throughout the world, and their real-world expertise shapes every session. That experience keeps our training practical and tied to the priorities of your business.
Our consultants draw on all our solutions to match what your team needs.
A Franklin Covey consulting engagement has three parts. It starts with a robust pre-consulting call to shape the plan around your needs. It continues with an engaging on-site experience. It ends with follow-up to help the learning turn into behaviour change and results.
We work with people at every level of an organisation, from the C-suite to the frontline. Each experience is tailored to the group in the room and the goals you want to reach.
A vice president at a global healthcare company described their Franklin Covey consultant as both challenging and supportive. Leaders rarely have time to dig into the causes of performance issues. The consultant gave them the time and space to do it and helped them create workable plans.
